 The announcement was made by Scott Pruitt, head of the EPA, at an eastern Kentucky event, where he said that that the Clean Power Plan will be roleld back. It was designed to move away from coal and towards electricity sources that produce less carbon emissions. The proposal shows that the country will save $33 billion by not complying with the Clean Power Plan?s regulations.
